Got a refusal (驳回通知)? The review must be filed within
15 days
of receipt. Gather these materials fast.
URGENT: 15-day clock starts the day you receive the refusal. Missing it means the application dies.
Common refusal reasons to address
Lack of distinctiveness (缺乏显著性)
Likely to confuse with an earlier mark (与在先近似)
Descriptive / generic goods (描述性)
Gather for the review
The refusal notice (驳回通知书) and its date of receipt
Your prior-use evidence: sales, ads, packaging showing the mark
Distinctive history: awards, market share, media coverage
Coexistence agreements or cancellation of the cited earlier mark
Arguments explaining why your goods are not similar / not confusing
Power of attorney for the CNIPA-recorded agent
